Meet the Nutrition and Wellness Consultant

Koren Wentworth is the founder of Your Path Wellness, a sanctuary for those seeking balance, nourishment, and healing through the wisdom of nature. Based in Amherst, New Hampshire — and also working with clients online and by phone — Koren welcomes people from all walks of life to begin their wellness journey. As a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Holistic Health & Wellness Consultant, and Reiki Master-Teacher, she blends ancient traditions with modern knowledge to guide others on their own paths to wholeness.

Her journey began with her own lifelong health struggles. From a young age, she sensed that the Earth held the remedies we need, and this intuition became a calling. Driven to heal herself, her family, and others, Koren pursued formal training—earning her Holistic Health Coaching Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016, becoming a Reiki Master-Teacher in 2022, graduating from the American College of Healthcare Sciences in 2023 with a degree in Holistic Nutrition, and then achieving Board Certification as a Holistic Nutritionist in 2024.

Koren has been walking this path professionally for over nine years. At Your Path Wellness, she offers individualized consultations and a variety of transformative classes, including Reiki Attunements, Beginner’s Herbalism, Herbal Preparations, and Fermenting Vegetables. Her approach is science-based and intuitive, honoring the body in a gentle, respectful way—while still offering “tough love” support when it’s needed to spark change.

Above all, Koren values self-empowerment. Her goal is for every client to leave her programs feeling confident in their ability to listen to their bodies, care for themselves, and support their families for the rest of their lives. If she has done her job well, they’ll have gained the tools they need so thoroughly that they no longer need to return.

When she’s not working with clients, Koren enjoys living close to the rhythms of nature—gardening, identifying plants, wild-crafting, hiking, bush-crafting, basket weaving, crocheting, and cooking. She treasures time spent with her husband, two children, and three cats, weaving the same values of care, creativity, and connection into her home life that she brings to her practice.
